Accessing invoices as customer

The Invoicing Plugin lets customers access and download invoices for their completed orders directly from their account area in the shop.

Accessing Invoices

Once an order reaches the configured state (default: created), an invoice is automatically generated.

Customers can download their invoices from two places:

1. Orders Grid In My Account → Orders, each completed order shows a Download Invoice (PDF) button in the list.

1. Order Details Page When viewing a specific order, an Invoice section appears with a direct download link.

Downloading the Invoice

Clicking Download Invoice (PDF) downloads the immutable PDF file created for that order. Invoices are permanent and always reflect the exact state of the order at the time of generation.

Security & Access

• Only the logged-in customer who placed the order can access its invoice.

• If an invoice hasn’t been generated yet, the Download Invoice link will not appear.

• Invoices remain accessible even after the order is fulfilled or archived.
